  1. Apply gesso to the album and allow to dry. The drying process can be sped up by using the heat tool.
  2. Put a small amount of alcohol in the cup and set aside.
  3. Using a direct to surface technique or an art dauber, generously apply the Crafter’s ink over the gesso on the chipboard album. For this project, the ink was applied diagonally across the cover in multiple colors, allowing the colors to overlap slightly.
  4. For this step you will need the cup of alcohol and the pipette. Draw alcohol into the pipette and, release one drop at a time, directly to the ink for a unique dotted effect. Once you have reached the desired amount of drops, use the heat tool to dry the chipboard surface. Set aside.
  5. Ink the wooden embellishments and paper cutouts. Once dry, glue the embellishments to the album.
  6. “Name” your album by stamping a sentiment on the cover. Allow to dry or use the heat tool to set.
  7. Allow the album to completely dry. Use the foam brush to apply one coat of Mod Podge or Decoupage to the album. Allow your project to dry and enjoy!
