  1. Use Craft Funnel to add about 1/2” of alcohol to 3 IZINK Bottles, then add about equal parts of these 3 colors of IZINK: Orchid, Bamboo, and Turquoise. Shake gently to combine.
  2. Line Color Catcher with a layer of paper towels and place tin inside.
  3. Spritz tin with all 3 colors of Alcohol IZINK Mix—spritz each color in different areas, don’t layer colors.
  4. Use ColorBox Art Dauber to gently tap inks where they meet to blend at edges. Alcohol will help inks bloom into each other.
  5. When you are happy with the blend, set the tin aside to dry.
  6. Ink stamps with Surfacez Black Ink and stamp “party” at bottom right, stamp balloon at upper left, stamp banner on a slant starting about center left and ending at top right corner. Then use solid and open flowers and stamp in empty areas.
  7. Add small pearls to flower centers.
  8. Use black pen to add string to balloon.
